  2. DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTEREST

    Disclosure of any disclosable pecuniary interest in a matter to be discussed at the meeting and which is not included in the register of interests.  Members are reminded that they are required to leave the room during the discussion and voting on matters in which they have a disclosable pecuniary interest, whether or not the interest is entered in the register of members’ interests maintained by the Monitoring Officer

  3. PUBLIC SPEAKING AT COUNCIL MEETINGS

    To allow members of the public to speak on any planning related item for a maximum of 3 minutes each at the Chairman’s discretion. (If you wish to speak would you kindly make the Clerk or Chairman aware prior to the start of the meeting;  If more than one person wishes to make representation on the same issue they should agree a spokesperson to summarise the points and one person will be invited to speak for and against each application).

    To approve and sign off the minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on Monday 20 May 2019.

  5. MATTERS ARISING

    To receive clarification of extension of time for comments on Oaklands / Glebelands planning applications deferred from the previous meeting - 30 June for Hybrid application Ref 19/01873/OUT

    20 June for proposed scout hut, proposed vicarage and redevelopment of existing library site - ref numbers 19/01866/OUT, 19/01865/FUL and 19/01859/OUT respectively

    To consider the following planning applications:

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council.  If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting.
