The Planning Committee meeting has been cancelled.

The meeting dated Monday 4th October 2021 will not take place.  I have already been advised that 3 committee members will be unable to attend and therfore a quorum will not be possible.

I will add Planning Matters to the agenda for the Full Council meeting following, that is unaffected.

Both meetings scheduled for Monday 12th July 2021 will not take place.

The Planning Committee need not convene next Monday as no new applications have been received since their meeting on 28th June, 2021.

The FInance Committee will pospone their meeting to 9th August 2021 at 7pm.  For information there is a Planning Committe meeting on the same evening.

Locum Clerk - Bayston Hill Parish Council

The Planning Committee meeting has been cancelled.

The meeting dated Monday 17th May 2021 will not take place.  We are no longer allowed to undertake Council business via tele/video conference and we are minimiseing face to face meetings while COVID-19 regulations are in force.

Delegated powers to the Clerk are in place should a planning application be presented that should be commented on,
