    Disclosure of any disclosable pecuniary interest in a matter to be discussed at the meeting and which is not included in the register of interests.  Members are reminded that they are required to leave the room during the discussion and voting on matters in which they have a disclosable pecuniary interest, whether or not the interest is entered in the register of members’ interests maintained by the Monitoring Officer.

  8. PLANNING APPEALS

    To consider the following planning appeals:

    19/02287/OUT – Proposed dwelling to the west of Betley Lane, Bayston Hill, Appeal against refusal of outline application for the erection of one singe storey dwelling with vehicular and pedestrian access.  To be determined by the Planning Inspectorate on the basis of written representations received by 10 October 2019.  The documents may be viewed by clicking here and searching for Betley Lane

  9. FREEDOM TO MOVE STRATEGY

    To note the report by Shropshire Playing Fields Association and consider any comments that the Council may wish to submit prior to the 22 October 2019. (Due to the size of this document it will be circulated electronically only, with a single copy available to refer to at the meeting).

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council.  If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting.
