  1. APOLOGIES AND REASONS FOR ABSENCE
  2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    In accordance with the Council‘s Code of Conduct, members shall withdraw from any discussion or vote for which they hold a disclosable pecuniary interest.

  3. MINUTES

    To approve for accuracy and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 28 June 2021.

  4. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

    – To pass resolution to exclude the public under Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, so as to discuss the following confidential matters;

  5. UPDATE ON RECRUITMENT OF CLERK/RFO POSITION

    - The Locum Clerk has already circulated two completed applications received after the second period for acceptance of applications closed on Friday 17th September 2021..

  6. POTENTIALLY RE-EXAMINE THE STAFFING STRUCTURE IF THE CLERK/RFO POSITION REMAINS UNFILLED

    The current person specification and remuneration offered could be reviewed, also a period of assimilation could allow for a person appointed to grow to the desired level/competence.

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council.  If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting.
