    In view of the resignation of Cllr Hudson, a new Chair will be elected to serve until the next Annual Council Meeting

  9. PLANNING APPEALS

    To note the following planning appeal decision and consider any new planning appeals validated since the publication of the agenda

                           

    1. Appeal Ref: APP/L3245/W/19/3235789 - 77 Lyth Hill Road, Bayston Hill - The appeal is made under section 78 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 against a refusal to grant outline planning permission.

    • The appeal is made against the decision of Shropshire Council.

    • The application Ref 19/02287/OUT, dated 21 May 2019, was refused by notice dated 12 July 2019.

    • The development proposed is the erection of one single storey dwelling with vehicular and pedestrian access.

    Decision - The appeal is dismissed.

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council.  If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting.
