  1. TO RECEIVE APOLOGIES AND REASONS FOR ABSENCE
  2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    In accordance with the Council‘s Code of Conduct, members shall withdraw from any discussion or vote for which they hold a disclosable pecuniary interest.

  3. PUBLIC SPEAKING/QUESTIONS AT COUNCIL MEETINGS

    To allow members of the public the opportunity to speak on an item listed on the Agenda for a maximum of 3 minutes.

  4. MINUTES

    To approve the minutes of the Full Council held on 13th November 2023.

    • To review draft of budget proposal for 2024-25.
    • To review earmarked reserves and identify any sums that should be spent or reallocated.
    • To review CIL Neighbourhood Fund reserves and identify projects that may be suitable for funding from this reserve.

    To note the street light survey and decide next steps

    To approve revised quote for works

  16. LONGMEADOW PLAY EQUIPMENT

    To approve the preferred quote for new play equipment.

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council.  If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting.
