To receive and note the report from JDH Business Services for 2021/22.

The Council is required to confirm its agreement with the statement of good governance with respect to the year 1 April 2021 – 31 March 2022 by 30^th June 2022

The Council is required to confirm its approval of the Annual Financial Return for the period 1 April 2021 – 31 March 2022 by 30^th June 2022.

Both the Finance and Personnel Committee (May 23rd 2022) and our Internal Auditor have reviewed beforehand.  Relevant signatures to be added once approved.  Public inspection notice will be published Tuesday 14th June 2022, period of inspection to run from Wednesday 15th June 2022 to Tuesday 26^th July 2022.

To approve all payments, as per the attached schedule, including May 2022 salary payments.

Request from Memorial Hall Committee that Bayston Hill Parish Council take ownership and responsibility for the defibrillator mounted on the Memorial Hall.
