To approve and sign the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on Monday 19 October 2020.

To receive an update on any actions taken or outstanding from the previous Finance Committee meeting held on Monday 19 October 2020 not arising elsewhere on the agenda

– To note the position of financial cost centres compared to budgets at the end of Q3. If deemed appropriate approve any necessary adjustments or virements. To identify any projected underspent budgets.

- To note that the Bank Reconciliation for all accounts, including Petty Cash to 31 December 2020 has been checked & approved by Cllr. Underwood.

– To review tabled report.

– To review the provisional budget and make any appropriate adjustments prior to consideration by Full Council.

– To note the Council Tax Base for 2021-22 and make a recommendation of an appropriate Precept for consideration by Full Council.

To approve and sign payments detailed on the payments schedule, including the salary payments made in December 2020.

- To pass resolution to exclude the public under Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, so as to discuss the following confidential matters;
