    – To approve a quarterly rollover beginning 1st February 2021.

  5. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

    To pass resolution to exclude the public under Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, so as to discuss the following confidential matters;

  6. REVIEW OF STAFFING STRUCTURE AT BAYSTON HILL PARISH COUNCIL

    – To consider options on covering the workload by a potential re-structure and roles undertaken – progress report and make decision as to the preference if members agree.
