  1. TO RECEIVE APOLOGIES AND REASONS FOR ABSENCE
  2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    In accordance with the Council‘s Code of Conduct, members shall withdraw from any discussion or vote for which they hold a disclosable pecuniary interest.

  3. PUBLIC SPEAKING/QUESTIONS AT COUNCIL MEETINGS

    To allow members of the public the opportunity to speak on an item listed on the Agenda for a maximum of 3 minutes.

  4. MINUTES

    To approve the minutes of the Full Council held on 14th November 2022.

  5. STREET LIGHTS LED PROGRAMME

    To approve the completion of the conversion to LED lights for all remaining columns operated by the Parish that have not so far been converted.

  12. INCOME GENERATION WORKING GROUP

    To nominate and select up to 6 members to form a working group and to adopt the Terms of Reference.

  13. CARBON NEUTRAL WORKING GROUP

    To approve the continuation of the group until Annual Council when the format will be reviewed.

  14. TOILETS AT LONGMEADOW

    To approve the Clerk to research the cost implications of all of the following (to be dependent on funding opportunities and to be brought back to Full Council)

    • Take no action at all
    • Demolish
    • Refurb as storage and accessible public toilet
  15. ASTROTURF REPLACEMENT

    To approve the recommendation for a preferred contractor for the full replacement of the astroturf surface.

  16. SHROPSHIRE BOUNDARIES REVIEW

    To approve any comments from BHPC for the consultation

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council.  If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting.
