Only 2 members of the committee were present at 6:45pm which is below the Committee quorum (3 members).  Agenda item P33.21/22 Planning Applications was considered at the Full Council meeting commencing directly afterwards to expedite any reply to Shropshire Council Planning Dept.  All other matters will be placed on the next Planning Committee agenda.

  1. APOLOGIES

    - To receive apologies and reasons for absence.

  2. DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST

    Disclosure of any disclosable pecuniary interest in a matter to be discussed at the meeting and which is not included in the register of interests.  Members are reminded that they are required to leave the meeting during the discussion and voting on matters in which they have a disclosable pecuniary interest, whether or not the interest is entered in the register of members’ interests maintained by the Monitoring Officer.  The Chair will telephone members to invite them to re-join the meeting after the discussion and any voting has closed.
