  1. APOLOGIES AND REASONS FOR ABSENCE
  2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

     - In accordance with the Council‘s Code of Conduct, members shall withdraw from any discussion or vote for which they hold a disclosable pecuniary interest.

  3. MINUTES

    - To approve for accuracy and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 18th October 2021.

  4. HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT OF INTENT

    - Review and approve part one of an updated edition of the Bayston Hill Parish Council Health & Safety policy.  This will be followed by “The Organisation of Health & Safety” and “Arrangements for Health & Safety” to be presented in the New Year.

  5. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

    – To pass resolution to exclude the public under Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, so as to discuss the following confidential matters;

  6. UPDATE ON RECRUITMENT OF CLERK/RFO POSITION

    - After the third period for acceptance of applications closed on Friday 12th November 2021.

  7. USE OF LOCUM CLERK SERVICES

    - After discussions with the Chairman of the Staffing Committee a report outlining options for consideration and by this committee and onward recommendation to Full Council.

  8. REPORT ON AGREED OBJECTIVES WITH DEPUTY CLERK

    - After the initial three months since appointment the Locum Clerk, as line manager, will update the Staffing & Policies Committee on performance and agreed objectives running to the six-month probation period end.

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council.  If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting.
