Members are reminded that they are required to leave the meeting during the discussion and voting on matters in which they have a disclosable pecuniary interest, whether or not the interest is entered in the register of members’ interests maintained by the Monitoring Officer. The Chair will telephone members to invite them to re-join the meeting after the discussion and any voting has closed.
To allow members of the public to speak on any planning related item for a maximum of 3 minutes each at the Chairman’s discretion.
