    - review measures agreed in March 2020 when Council was prevented from meeting and formally reinstate from May 7th 2021 as meeting via video conferencing is no legal ahead of the resumption of face-to-face meetings – expected to be properly in place from June 21st 2021.

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council.  If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting.
