You may have seen that Bloor Homes will potentially be submitting plans for housing on Pulley Lane. There is no current application or EIA but they are holding a drop in on Thursday 27th November 2pm to 6pm at Meole Brace Peace Memorial Hall.

Bayston Hill Parish Council have been approached by the public relations company who have been engaged to consult. The Parish Council have a robust Planning Policy which states that we will only speak with developers in a public forum, in our case a Full Council meeting. Many of you will have seen this happen with other developers in the last 2 years. This system works well, everything is transparent and residents and Councillors are given the opportunity to ask questions.

We have contacted the developer to offer this opportunity to come to a meeting of the Full Council to present any proposals and we hope that they take up this offer.
