Annual Meeting - Chairman re-elected
14th May 2025

On Monday 12th May, our Annual Council meeting took place and Cllr Rob Ruscoe was re-elected unanimously to serve as Chairman for the 2025/26 municipal year.

In addition, our Vice Chairmen, Cllrs Osenton and Teckoe were also re-elected unopposed.

We elected members of all our Committees as well as confirmed the continuation of our successful Working Groups, namely Carbon Neutral Working Group, Road Safety Working Group and Pavilion Project (previously Income Generation).

The Council also made great strides in the creation of the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group by adopting the Terms of Reference and allocating membership to it.

We currently have 2 vacancies on the Council and welcome applications. It is an exciting time to join with our ongoing projects and we would be delighted to hear about the skills and attributes you could bring to the role.

Deadline for application is 28th May, more details can be requested via clerk@baystonhillparishcouncil.org.uk.
