The Parish Council recently wrote to Shropshire Council concerning its decision to grant planning permission for a dwelling on Gorse Lane.  

In response to a resident's request the letter is available to view below.  

The Council has not yet received a response to its letter

2nd August 2017

Due to staff holidays the Parish Office will open for reduced hours during August. 

From 4 August - 28 August the opening hours will be:

Monday 9:30 - 1pm

Tuesday - Closed

Wednesday - Friday 9:30 - 1pm

Bank Holiday Monday 27 August - Office Closed

9th June 2017

Network Rail is upgrading Onibury level crossing and will close the A49 from Saturday 1 July to Sunday 9 July, (inclusive).  A diversion will be signposted but please leave extra time for travelling. Click on the link below to view the diversion route.

There will be no trains between Shrewsbury and Hereford over the two affected weekends but a replacement bus service will be provided.

There are a number of drop in sessions taking place in June.  Details are shown on the attached poster.

The 3 seats available in the Sutton, Column and Bayston Hill Ward for Shropshire Council will be contested by a ballot on 4 May 2017.  The candidates nominated may be viewed by clicking on the link below
