    To approve for accuracy and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 15 March 2021.

  4. UPDATE ON RECRUITMENT OF BOTH CLERK/RFO & DEPUTY CLERK POSITIONS

    – the Interview Panel to report.

  5. LONGMEADOW PLAY AREA CARETAKER COVER

    recent staff leave necessitated additional cover.

  6. DRAFT STAFF APPRAISAL POLICY FOR REVIEW

    To consider a new Staff Appraisal Policy to be adopted by Bayston Hill Parish Council.

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council.  If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting. 

Coronavirus Meeting Arrangements - During the restrictions on public gatherings the Council has devolved most functions to the Clerk, in consultation with the Chair of the Council.  Face to face meetings are being phased back in, the expectation being by June 21st 2021 most restrictions will be lifted.
