  1. CO-OPTION OF CANDIDATES FOR COUNCIL

    The Clerk to present elected members with details of any applications received. To follow the Council’s Co-option Policy and agree on allocation

  2. TO RECEIVE APOLOGIES AND REASONS FOR ABSENCE
  3. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    In accordance with the Council‘s Code of Conduct, members shall withdraw from any discussion or vote for which they hold a disclosable pecuniary interest.

  4. PUBLIC SPEAKING/QUESTIONS AT COUNCIL MEETINGS

    To allow members of the public the opportunity to speak on an item listed on the agenda for a maximum of 3 minutes. In order to expedite the business, we would be grateful if you can let the Clerk know on the details above if you wish to speak.

  5. MINUTES

    To approve the minutes of the Full Council held on 14th October 2024 and 4th November 2024.

  10. RE-APPOINT AUDITOR

    To re-appoint JDH Auditors for 2025/26

  11. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN

    To approve initial investigations into adopting a Neighbourhood Plan.

  12. GRANT APPLICATION

    To approve a grant application received from Bayston Hill Village Association.

  13. STAFF TRAINING

    To approve staff to attend relevant training courses.

  14. EMERGENCY CHAIR AND BLEED KITS

    To approve purchase and positioning of emergency stretcher chair and bleed kits to be added to our defibrillator cabinets x 3

  15. ROAD SAFETY WORKING GROUP

    To approve request from a resident to join the group.

  16. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

    To pass resolution to exclude the public under Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, so as to discuss the following confidential matters.

  17. STAFF PAY AWARDS

    To note the NJC pay award and any increase in the Real Living Wage.

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council.  If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting.
