  1. TO RECEIVE APOLOGIES AND REASONS FOR ABSENCE
  2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    In accordance with the Council‘s Code of Conduct, members shall withdraw from any discussion or vote for which they hold a disclosable pecuniary interest.

  3. PUBLIC SPEAKING/QUESTIONS AT COUNCIL MEETINGS

    To allow members of the public the opportunity to speak on an item listed on the Agenda for a maximum of 3 minutes.

    To approve the application from Bayston Hill Village Association to support the Coronation Event. To approve the transfer of £400 from the successful lottery grant to support the event.

  10. NO MOW MAY

    To approve to support this initiative by not mowing Long Meadow Playground and the Sensory Gardens during May.

  14. CLIMATE AND ECOLOGY BILL

    RESOLUTION to:

    1. Support the Climate and Ecology Bill;
    2. Write to our local MP letting them know that the motion has been passed —urging them to sign up to support the Bill, or thanking them for already doing so; and
    3. Write to Zero Hour, the organisers of the cross-party campaign for the Bill, expressing its support.

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council.  If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting.
