To approve for accuracy and sign the minutes of the Full Council meeting held on Monday 22 February 2021.

- To confirm the approved revisions to the Bayston Hill Parish Council Standing Orders agreed at the previous Full Council meeting held on Monday 22^nd February 2021.

- to accept report recommendations and agree to put in place from the start of 2021/22 Municipal year – after the May 6^th 2021 election. 

- to review and adopt the tabled risk assessment.

- to receive an initial report from Cllr Clode on how Council may wish to further improve the visitor experience.

- current status and future plans to lease the site to Bayston Hill Scouts and Guiding and redevelopment.

- from May 7^th 2021 meeting virtually may no longer be lawful for Council Meetings, consider specific measures for delegation ahead of resumption of face to face meetings.
