Disclosure of any pecuniary interest in a matter to be discussed at the meeting and which is not included in the retister of interests. Members are reminded that they are required to leave the room during the discussion and voting on matters in which they have a disclosable pecuniary interest, whether or not the interest is entered in the register of members' interests maintained bythe Monitoring Officer.

To note the number of complaints of overgrown private hedges restricting the footpaths and to authorse the Clerk to write to householders to alert them to the concerns of pedestrians.
To retrospectively authorise Cllr Gouge to attend training on 28 October 2016
To receive a list of key dates with respect to the Parish Council elections and to delegate authority to the Clerk to publicise the election
To approve and sign all payments on schedule
To note a report from the Clerk on the need to replace the photocopier and authorise the Clerk to negotiate a new service and hire contract with the curreent supplier to enable the exiting machine to bbe replaced
To pass a resolution to exclude the public under PUblic Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 (S1(2)) and in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 12 of the Local GovernmentAct 1972; so as to discuss the following confidential matters:

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.
Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council. If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting.
