To approve and sign the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on Monday 9 August 2021.

To receive an update on any actions taken or outstanding from the previous Finance Committee meeting held on Monday 9 August 2021 not arising elsewhere on the agenda

– To note the recent “Notices of Price Increases” received.

- To review the notice from DM Payroll Services that they are unavailable for Financial Year 2021/22 and review a proposal from JDH Business Services who are willing to act as the Internal Auditor for FY2021/22 and beyond.

– To approve the annual financial support (2021/22) provided to Lyth Hill Country Park, being shared with Longden Parish Council.

– To note that the Bank Reconciliation for all accounts, including Petty Cash, to 30 September 2021 has been checked and approved by Cllr. Underwood.

– To pass resolution to exclude the public under Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, so as to discuss the following confidential matters.
