- To allow members of the public the opportunity to speak on an item listed on the Agenda up to a maximum of 3 minutes.

To approve and sign the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on Monday 18 January 2021.

To receive an update on any actions taken or outstanding from the previous Finance Committee meeting held on Monday 18 January 2021 not arising elsewhere on the agenda

– To note the position of financial cost centres compared to budgets at the end of Q4. If deemed appropriate approve any necessary adjustments or virements. To identify any projected underspent budgets.

- To note that the Bank Reconciliation for all accounts, including Petty Cash to 31 March 2021 has been checked & approved by Cllr. Underwood.

– To approve a revision on who will externally manage the BHPC Employee Payroll.

– To review FY 2020/21 reports and drafted Annual Return – ahead of Internal Auditor visit. 

– To review and agree movement of year end surplus to Earmarked Reserves.

- Confirm there is a sound system of Internal Control
