  6. FINANCIAL POSITION BY COST CENTRE & CODE SUMMARY

    To note the position of financial cost centres compared to budgets at the end of Q1 and Q2.

  7. BANK RECONCILIATION

    - To note and agree the Bank Reconciliation for all accounts, including Petty Cash to 30 June & 30 September 2020.

  8. FUNDING AGREEMENT – LYTH HILL COUNTRY PARK

    - To approve the annual financial support (2020/21) provided to Lyth Hill Country Park, being shared with Longden Parish Council.

  9. REPORT ON AN INSTANCE OF INVOICE FRAUD AND MITIGATION STEPS UNDERTAKEN

    - To approve the findings and authorise an allocation of funds from reserves.

  10. REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL BATTERY PACK FOR EGO POWER TOOL

    - Review a competitive quote and approve.

    To note payments made under delegated authority.

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council.  If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting. 

Coronavirus Meeting Arrangements - During the restrictions on public gatherings the Council has suspended all face to face meetings and devolved most functions to the Clerk, in consultation with the Chair of the Council.  Recent legislation has permitted the Council to hold remote meetings by video/tele-conferencing and the Council is exploring how these technologies may best be used whilst maintaining access to the public.  Details of any remote meetings will be advertised on this website and if any member of the public wishes to join a meeting they should contact the Clerk to arrange remote access.
