  4. PARISH COUNCIL REPORT

    The Chairman of Bayston Hill Parish Council will present the annual report for 2018- 2019 and answer any questions from the floor

  5. COMMUNITY AWARDS PRESENTATIONS

    The Council Chair will present the Certificates to award winners

  6. GUEST SPEAKER - CRIME PREVENTION

    Sgt. Ram Aston, West Mercia Police, will give a short presentation on crime prevention and answer any questions you may have

  7. REVIEW OF PLACE PLAN PRIORITIES / SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL REPORT

    Mr Matthew Mead will speak  about the review of the Shrewsbury Place Plan and invite comments which will be considered by the Parish Council during the consultation process.

  8. OPEN FORUM

    An opportunity for electors of the parish to raise any matters they wish.

  9. REFRESHMENTS & REGISTRATION OF SMARTWATER KITS

    Please stay for tea and coffee at the end of the meeting and enjoy meeting your neighbours.  Smartwater kits will be available to claim on presentation of evidence of residency

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council.  If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting.
