Coffee in the Lounge will host representatives of Bayston Hill Parish Council and West Mercia Police to issue free SmartWater property marking kits to residents of Bayston Hill.  Proof of address will be required to claim your kit.  A recent utility bill will be perfect.  Help will be provided to register your kit online.
