    To approve for accuracy and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 10 July 2020

    – To consider the appointment of specialist support in the Legal, General Data Protection Regulations & Health and Safety matters.

  5. REPORT ON HANDYPERSON TEAM ACTIVITIES

    To update on tasks undertaken with the temporary addition of resource temporarily hired for 8 weeks.

  6. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

    To pass resolution to exclude the public under Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, so as to discuss the following confidential matters;

  7. REVIEW OF STAFFING STRUCTURE AT BAYSTON HILL PARISH COUNCIL

    – To consider options on covering the workload by a potential re-structure and roles undertaken.

  8. PROGRESS REPORT OF FLEXIBLE RETIREMENT REQUEST

    Further to the resolution passed – minute S25.19/20, pick up after COVID-19 lockdown interruption.

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council.  If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting.
