  6. MINUTES

    To approve for accuracy and sign the minutes of the Full Council meeting held on Monday 22 February 2021.

  7. STANDING ORDERS REVISIONS

    - To confirm the approved revisions to the Bayston Hill Parish Council Standing Orders agreed at the previous Full Council meeting held on Monday 22nd February 2021.

  8. BAYSTON HILL PARISH COUNCIL COMMITTEE STRUCTURE UPDATES

    - to accept report recommendations and agree to put in place from the start of 2021/22 Municipal year – after the May 6th 2021 election. 

  9. FINANCIAL & GENERAL RISK ASSESSMENT

    - to review and adopt the tabled risk assessment.

  10. SENSORY GARDENS

    - to receive an initial report from Cllr Clode on how Council may wish to further improve the visitor experience.

  11. YOUTH & COMMUNITY BUILDING

    - current status and future plans to lease the site to Bayston Hill Scouts and Guiding and redevelopment.

  12. MEETING VIA ZOOM VIDEO CONFERENCING

    from May 7th 2021 meeting virtually may no longer be lawful for Council Meetings, consider specific measures for delegation ahead of resumption of face to face meetings.

  13. CLERK’S ORAL REPORT

    - Locum Clerk - Shaun Jones

  14. REVIEW OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INTERNAL CONTROLS

    - The Council will review the effectiveness of its systems of internal control and identify any areas requiring improvement.

  15. PAYMENTS

    - To approve all payments, as per the attached schedule, including February salary payments.

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council.  If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting.
