  6. MINUTES

    To approve for accuracy and sign the minutes of the Full Council meetings held on Monday 19 October 2020 & Monday 16 November 2020.

  7. POTENTIAL LOCATIONS FOR TREE PLANTING

    To receive an update from Cllr. Whittall on her research on where might be considered suitable for new tree planting in our neighbourhood.

  8. RESIDENT REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL STREET LIGHT

    – The Locum Clerk to report on findings and Council to determine if feasible.

  9. EXTERNAL AUDIT REPORT

    - To receive the report from PKF Littlejohn after their inspection of our submissions for the Financial Year 2019/20 and undertake any noted actions.

  10. APPOINTMENT OF INTERNAL AUDITOR FOR FY2020/21 AND AGREE TO AN INTERIM AND FINAL AUDIT INSPECTION

    - To receive the quotation from DM Payroll Services Ltd and formally approve appointment to act as the Internal Auditor for Bayston Hill Parish Council.

  11. CLERK’S ORAL REPORT

    - Locum Clerk - Shaun Jones

  12. PAYMENTS

    - To approve all payments, as per the attached schedule, including October and November salary payments.

    • To pass resolution to exclude the public under Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, so as to discuss the following confidential matters.
