  7. DECLARE A CLIMATE EMERGENCY

    – To decide if Council wishes to put a clear plan in place, backup our commitment to be carbon neutral by 2035 and formally declare a Climate Emergency

  8. DOES COUNCIL HAVE A WILDLIFE POLICY ?

    – Inspired by a recent item on BBC Countryfile, a resident poses this question. One aspect could be to work on becoming a hedgehog friendly village like Stratford-upon-Avon.

  9. REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY 2020

    – National Association of Civic Officers recent newsletter provides input, review the usual arrangements and if this is allowed in November 2020.

  10. RENOVATION OF BOWLING GREEN PERIMETER - CONCRETE SLABS

    – An estimate of cost has been supplied by a trusted local supplier with full knowledge of previous works and what is required to bring back to standard. Council to decide if this can be approved.

  11. CLERK’S ORAL REPORT

    - Locum Clerk - Shaun Jones

  12. PAYMENTS
    • To authorise all payments, as per the attached schedule, including July & August salary payments .
    • To authorise any payments becoming due that are received after the publication of the agenda.
  13. TO PRESENT ITEMS FOR INCLUSION ON THE NEXT AGENDA.
  14. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
    • To pass resolution to exclude the public under Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, so as to discuss the following confidential matters.

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council.  If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting.
