  9. 2020 – 2021 ANNUAL BUDGET

    To receive a recommendation from the Finance Committee with respect to an income and expenditure budget for the year commencing 1 April 2020.  It is a duty of the Full Council to set the annual budget

  10. 2020 – 2021 ANNUAL PRECEPT

    To set a sufficient Precept to cover the approved budget – Tax base letter attached

  11. PAYMENTS
    • To authorise all payments becoming due, including January payroll
    • To authorise the Clerk to issue regular contractual payments, including salaries, pensions, contributions to HMRC and other statutory deductions up until the next Annual Council Meeting, subject to countersignature by two authorised cheque signatories, with actual amounts being reported to the next appropriate meeting.

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council.  If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting.
