  2. DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST

    Disclosure of any disclosable pecuniary interest in a matter to be discussed at the meeting and which is not included in the register of interests.  Members are reminded that they are required to leave the room during the discussion and voting on matters in which they have a disclosable pecuniary interest, whether or not the interest is entered in the register of members’ interests maintained by the Monitoring Officer.

  3. PUBLIC SPEAKING AT COUNCIL MEETINGS

    To approve and sign off the minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on Monday 9 April 2018.

  5. MATTERS ARISING

    Traffic Survey– To note that Pulley Lane has been registered as a Site of Community Concern for traffic safety and to consider a request that the Parish Council funds the installation of Automatic Traffic Counters (ATCs) at strategic locations, including Pulley Lane at a cost of £502.78 each, in order to assess the volume of traffic compared to the survey undertaken by Shropshire Council in May 2007; To determine which sites, if any, to recommend for inclusion in a traffic survey, (Power to spend provided by the Local Government and Rating Act 1997 s 29 (1) (c)).
