  1. TO RECEIVE APOLOGIES AND REASONS FOR ABSENCE
  2. DECLARATION OF INTEREST

    Disclosure of any disclosable pecuniary interest in a matter to be discussed at the meeting and which is not included in the register of interests.  Members are reminded that they are required to leave the room during the discussion and voting on matters in which they have a disclosable pecuniary interest, whether or not the interest is entered in the register of members’ interests maintained by the Monitoring Officer

    To allow members of the public the opportunity to speak on an item listed on the Agenda up to a maximum of 3 minutes.

  4. MINUTES

    To approve and sign the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on Monday 16 October 2017

  5. CLERK’S REPORT & MATTERS ARISING

    To receive an update on any actions taken or outstanding from the previous Finance Committee meeting held on Monday 16 October 2017 not arising elsewhere on the agenda.

    2. Scribe accounting system
  6. FINANCIAL POSITION BY COST CENTRE & CODE SUMMARY

    To note the position of financial cost centres compared to budgets at the end of the third financial quarter.

  7. BANK RECONCILIATION

    To agree and sign the Bank Reconciliation for all accounts, including Petty Cash to end December 2017.

     

  8. REVIEW INTERNAL FINANCIAL CONTROLS

    To review and update the Council’s Statement of Internal Controls

  9. FINANCIAL RISK ASSESSMENT

    To undertake an initial review of the Council’s Financial Risk Assessment adopted in April 2018 and recommend any amendments, for consideration by the Full Council in March.

  10. DRAFT RESERVES POLICY

    To make a recommendation that the draft reserves policy attached at F10.18 be adopted and applied by Full Council at the next meeting.

    To review and approve a document detailing key financial deadlines and relevant authority levels, to replace the Financial Rolling Programme

    To approve and sign all payments due (list to follow)

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council.  If you wish to speak then you must contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting.
