To review and update the Council’s Statement of Internal Controls

To undertake an initial review of the Council’s Financial Risk Assessment adopted in April 2018 and recommend any amendments, for consideration by the Full Council in March.

– To make a recommendation that the draft reserves policy attached at F10.18 be adopted and applied by Full Council at the next meeting.

To review and approve a document detailing key financial deadlines and relevant authority levels, to replace the Financial Rolling Programme

To approve and sign all payments due (list to follow)
