Grants from Bayston Hill Parish Council

Bayston Hill Parish Council is an active supporter of the community and the organisations in the village.  If your group or organisation has a particular project which would benefit some, or all of the people of Bayston Hill we may be able to help with some funding under the grant scheme operated by the Council.

Who may apply?

The power to spend on well-being is related to the whole or any part of its area, any persons present in the area including those who live, work or visit, an individual person's activity (provided it promotes the area's well being), or any person or area outside its area if the council considers it promotes or improves the well-being within its own area.

When to apply

In March of each year there will be an item in 'The Villager' magazine advising organisations that grants are available and their completed application form must be with the Clerk by the 30 June to be considered at the next Full Council Meeting.

Conditions of Grant

The grant must be used for the purpose for which the application was made and written proof to the Council must be made within one year of the grant being awarded.
